Our Mission

The mission of Buffalo WheelChair is to provide high quality, medically necessary home medical equipment (HME), related supplies and services. We receive and accept referrals from physicians, discharge planners, home health agencies, insurers, and others to provide HME and related supplies/services to qualified customers.

All admitted customers/patients can expect to receive the highest possible level of services within the constraints imposed by third party payors, case managers, or other contractual conditions.

To assure the continued provision of appropriate and beneficial HME, supplies and services, to qualified customer/patients, we shall, in a systematic and ongoing manner, monitor, evaluate, and improve performance in all aspects of operation.
